Before you start: Make sure you've created a Palworld server and can open the console. For data-affecting actions, create a backup under Saves first.
Steps

Open the server
Console → My Servers, open the server you want to invite friends to.

Copy the address
Copy the game address (IP:port) under Connection info.

Set a password (optional)
For a private server, set a server password in Parameters.

Send it to friends
Share the address (and password) with friends.

Direct connect in-game
Friends use Palworld's direct connect / join by IP to enter the server.
